I’m a private chef cooking modern Greek Mediterranean cuisine, guided by sustainable gastronomy. I see nature and the garden as an extension of my kitchen. My menus are built around homegrown produce, wild hand-picked ingredients, and locally sourced products, prepared with a thoughtful, low-waste approach.

My food is elegant, comforting, fresh, seasonal, and made to be shared. I focus on creating meals that feel generous and grounded rather than formal, bringing people together around the table with dishes that respect ingredients and celebrate simple, honest flavors.
